I have drawings in an art show that opens Friday night in Chicago.

I got to do some drawings on a supplement to the new CHE release by Steven Soderbergh from The Criterion Collection. If you have a chance, the entire box--film, supplements, the packaging and design of the discs--is really incredible. Here are a couple of the screen shots from the project:

I like the Richard Avedon exhibition at The Detroit Institute of Arts right now.

There was a building being torn down on Lafayette and Shelby in Downtown Detroit yesterday. The high reach excavator (I just looked that up) that was being used to pull the building down looked like a dinosaur. It would gnaw at the pieces of the building until they separated from the structure and dropped. The head would then look down at what it had done.
